Goal:
STMS has the goal of providing every two way immersion student with 25% of their academic day in Spanish to maintain and enhance their academic success in two languages.
Description of STMS TWBI Program:
Currently, Spanish Language Arts and Social Studies is offered to every Immersion 6th, 7th and 8th grader in Spanish. All other classes are conducted in English...this includes Math, English Language Arts, Science, PE, and their electives. Thus, two of the students eight classes are in Spanish entirely.
